I offer a safe, non-judgmental space in which we can explore any issues or difficulties you or your child are currently experiencing.

Therapeutic style

Being an integrative therapist I use a mix of talk therapy including: Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) depending on the individual client and situation.

I can help with

Anxiety, low self esteem, bullying, low mood, grief, adapting to change, neurodiversity, sexual and gender identity issues, impulse control, attachment issues, test anxiety and anger.

Practicalities

Sessions last 50 minutes, taking place either online or in person in Geneva or in Chamonix Mont Blanc.
