I offer a safe, non-judgmental space in which we can explore any issues or difficulties you or your child are currently experiencing.
Therapeutic style
Being an integrative therapist I use a mix of talk therapy including: Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as currently training in Compassionate Inquiry , adapting my approach to suit the individual client and situation.

Anxiety, low self esteem, bullying, low mood, grief, adapting to change, neurodiversity, sexual and gender identity issues, separation / divorce, impulse control, attachment issues, test anxiety and anger management just to name a few…
Practicalities
Sessions last 50 minutes, taking place either online or in person in Geneva or in Chamonix Mont Blanc.
